Program two is designed for practices that are doing above average production and need more extensive consulting to attain the next level. The practice needs extensive evaluation, interviewing of staff, and thorough follow through the system changes are being implemented.

The practice will reach it's full potential and become very efficient with staff in full agreement and working well as a team. Patients are receiving needed care in a very professional manner.

The practice will have several systems implemented that will improve it's organization, management, and efficiency.

The staffing and net income will be alignment with the level of production, the needed days of hygiene will be in place relative to the patient base.

Capabilities
